Admissions Process
Thank you for your interest in Rolling Hills Academy. The following is provided to guide you through the admissions process. To truly understand what Rolling Hills has to offer, we strongly encourage all interested families to schedule a tour. To do so, contact Erin Grosso, Admissions Coordinator at 210-497-0323. We look forward to welcoming you to our family!
- Submit Application: Applications can be obtained by contacting the Admissions office.
- New Student Assessment: After we receIve your child's application, we will schedule the new student assessment. Individual assessments are given to all students entering Pre-Kindergarten through eighth grade. Applicants are also evaluated on their report cards and standardized tests from the previous two academic years.
- Student/Parent Interview: Interviews for students entering fourth grade and higher and all parents new to Rolling Hills Academy are scheduled once the student application is received and academic assessment is completed.
- Notification of Acceptance: Following the interview, entrance test, and review of records, you will be notified by letter of your child's acceptance status. If accepted, you will receive all the necessary information to complete the admission and registration process for your child.
