6th - 8th Grades:  Taking the Initiative

Above and beyond the school curriculum, students in our Middle School will be encouraged to develop and pursue their own talents, build the school community through their own initiative, and take an active role in their own formation.

Middle school years are a time of immense social and intellectual growth and development.  Ever rooted in a love of Christ and development of virtue, our middle school educators individually guide and support each student through our rigorous academic program.  In grades 6th - 8th, Rolling Hills Academy provides:

• Broad, high school preparatory curriculum

By incorporating and forming all aspects of the person - intellectual, human character, spiritual, and apostolic - our Middle School teachers are committed to the following objectives for each young adult:

• Students will have a thorough command of all curricular materials for their respective grade levels.      
• Students will form their character to be trustworthy, helpful, friendly, courageous, persevering, and pure.    
• Students will strive to practice supernatural virtues, to develop a personal relationship with Christ, and to achieve knowledge of the Catholic faith according to the religion curriculum for each grade level.
• Students will develop an appreciation and respect for others guided by the charity of Jesus Christ.
